摘 要:随着表面贴装技术的迅速发展,对基于机器视觉的标志符定位技术提出了更高要求。本文提出一种三角环标志符的快速高精度定位算法。该方法通过利用凸包的几何特征和构建偏离值直方图概念,将影响精确定位的弧状拐角、凸点、细微凹凸和毛刺等不利因素由粗到精地逐步剔除掉,获得用于拟合三角环直线边的优质数据集;然后通过最小距离直线拟合得到三角环标志符各边的高精度拟合直线方程,从而计算得到三角环标志符的几何中心,实现精确定位功能。本文方法为直线型标志符的快速高精度定位研究提供了新思路。With the rapid development of surface mount technology,higher requirements are put forward for mark positioning technology based on machine vision.In this paper,a fast and high accuracy positioning algorithm for triangular ring mark is proposed.By using geometric features of convex hull and constructing the concept of deviation histogram,the negative factors which affect the positioning accuracy are eliminated from coarse to fine,such as arc corners,convex points,subtle bumps and burrs.Then,a high-quality data set for fitting sides of triangle ring is obtained.Finally,the fitted equations of each side of the mark are obtained through the linear fitting with the constraint of minimum distance,and the geometric center of the triangle ring mark is calculated to realize the high accuracy positioning.The proposed algorithm provides a state-of-the-art idea for linear marks positioning with high accuracy and fast speed requirement.
