摘　　要：随着现代人饮食结构和生活习惯的改变,2型糖尿病的核心病机逐渐由阴虚燥热向脾虚湿热转变,湿热证已成为2型糖尿病的主要证型之一。中医的辨证论治、整体观和中药的多靶点、多方面治疗特色在糖尿病的防治中发挥独特的优势,对湿热型糖尿病的治疗也积累了丰富的理论基础及临床经验。湿热型糖尿病的主要病机为中满郁热、脾虚湿热,治疗上当以清热祛湿为主,分期分位施治,细辨偏盛兼证,并注重日常饮食调护,同时注意健脾养胃,减轻药物带来的损害。With the changes of modern people’s dietary structure and lifestyle,the dampness-heat syndrome has become one of the main syndromes of type 2 diabetes.The core pathogenesis of type 2 diabetes gradually changes from yin-deficiency and dryness-heat to spleen-deficiency and dampness-heat syndrome.In recent years,traditional Chinese medicine has made some progress in the treatment of diabetes.The treatments based on syndrome differentiation,holistic view and multi-target and multi-faceted treatment characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine play unique advantages in the prevention and treatment of diabetes.Abundant basic theories and clinical experience have been accumulated in the treatment of dampness-heat type diabetes.The main pathogenesis of dampness-heat type diabetes includes abdominal flatulence,endogenous heat,spleen deficiency and dampness.The therapy focuses on clearing heat and expelling dampness.The treatment differs according to different stages and parts.It stresses discriminating abnormal overgrowth and accompanied symptoms,pays attention to diet adjustment to nourish the stomach and spleen and reduce the damage caused by drugs.
