摘　　要：目前新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)在全球范围内大流行,中医药防治COVID-19取得了突出的成效。本文就中医思辨体系的整体观与辨证论治思想谈在COVID-19治疗中的新体现,探讨整体观下的脏腑同调、因地制宜、祛邪扶正联合及群体辨证、微观辨证、组分中药配伍在中医药防治COVID-19的实践运用,分析其必要性与科学性,创新中医思辨体系,助力发挥中医药的优势,完善和充实中医药学关于传染病的理论内涵。At present,coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)is spreading globally.China has achieved outstanding results in the prevention and treatment of COVID-19 by traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).In this paper,we mainly talk about the new representations of theoretical system of TCM syndrome differentiation and holistic concept in the treatment of COVID-19.It aims to analyze the practice of TCM in COVID-19 treatment based on the viscera harmony,adaptation to local conditions,eliminating pathogen and strengthening vital qi combined with group syndrome differentiation,microcosmic syndrome differentiation and multi-component Chinese medicine compatibility,so as to study its necessity and science,innovate TCM theoretical system,develop TCM advantages,and enrich the connotation of TCM theory regarding infectious diseases.
