摘　　要：人类医学学科的纵深发展带来了诸如“中医与西医”“传统医学与现代医学”“补充与替代医学”等概念层面的多样化。本文从医学的学科分类体系、学科属性、学科概念变迁等分析,认为“传统医学”或“传统医学与现代医学”这一系列的概念较之其他概念更能反映医学的本质特征和一般规律与逻辑,应该在概念层面更为明晰“传统医学”的内涵和地位,扩大和增强“传统医学”“传统医学与现代医学”等概念在医学研究和实践中的适用性。The in-depth development of human medicine has brought about diversification of concepts such as“traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine”“traditional medicine and modern medicine”and“complementary and alternative medicine”.This article analyzes the classification system,attributes and concept changes of medical discipline,believes that the series of concepts of“traditional medicine”or“traditional medicine and modern medicine”,compared with other concepts,can better reflect the essential characteristics and general laws and logic of medicine,and should be made clearer at the conceptual level.We should clarify the connotation and value of“traditional medicine”at the conceptual level,and expand and enhance the applicability of the concepts of“traditional medicine”“traditional medicine and modern medicine”in medical research and practice.
