摘 要:内皮细胞特异性分子-1是由内皮细胞分泌的一种新型内皮细胞功能障碍分子,其具有广泛的生物学活性,通过多种途径参与到调节炎症反应、细胞的黏附迁移、血管生成等病理生理过程中。近年研究发现,内皮细胞特异性分子-1与肿瘤、心血管系统疾病、呼吸系统疾病、皮肤病等多种类型疾病密切相关,为上述疾病的诊断、严重程度、预后及靶向治疗等提供了有力的理论依据,具有非常重要的临床意义和生物学价值。本文主要就内皮细胞特异性分子-1的生物学特性及其在相关疾病中的研究进展进行综述,旨在为进一步深入研究提供理论依据。Endothelial cell specific molecule-1 is a new type of endothelial cell dysfunction molecule secreted by endothelial cells.It has a wide range of biological activities and participates in the regulation of inflammation,cell adhesion and migration,angiogenesis,and other pathophysiology through various channels.In the process.Recent studies have found that endothelial cell specific molecule-1 is closely related to tumors,cardiovascular diseases,respiratory diseases,skin diseases and other types of diseases.It provides a strong theoretical basis for the diagnosis,severity,prognosis and targeted therapy of the above diseases,and has very important clinical significance and biological value.This article mainly reviews the biological characteristics of endothelial cell-specific molecule-1 and its research progress in related diseases.It aims to provide a theoretical basis for further in-depth research.
