摘 要:开关磁阻电机的双凸极结构引起较大振动噪声,限制了它在许多领域的应用。根据虚位移理论分析了径向力减小的原理。在定子齿顶开矩形槽,沿径向方向的磁通密度部分改变为切向方向,减小了径向力,从而减小振动噪声。通过优化槽口的宽度和高度,得出最佳开槽尺寸。对传统定子和开槽定子多物理场分析,得到两种结构的固有频率、振动响应频率以及声压频谱。仿真表明,该方法有效减小了开关磁阻电机的径向力,改善了开关磁阻电机的振动和噪声。The doubly salient structure of switched reluctance motor(SRM)can cause large acoustic noise,which limits its application in many fields.The principle of radial force reduction was analyzed according to the theory of virtual displacement.Rectangular slot was set on the stator tooth tip,and the flux density along the radial direction was changed to tangential direction,which reduced the radial force and improved the acoustic noise.The optimal slot size was obtained by optimizing the width and depth of the slot.The multiple physical field analysis of conventional stator and slotted stator,the natural frequency,vibration frequency and sound pressure spectrum of the two models were carried out.It is proved that the method could effectively reduce the value of the radial force of SRM as well as improve vibration and noise.
