摘 要:目的比较草甘膦染毒组与对照组大鼠血清中多种化学元素的含量,探讨其对机体生理生化功能产生的影响。方法将90只清洁级SD大鼠按体质量随机分为对照组、低剂量组(50 mg/kg)和高剂量组(800 mg/kg),连续经口灌胃12周,在第4、8、12周时分别处死1批大鼠采集血样,用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)检测大鼠血清中25种化学元素的含量。结果染毒第12周低剂量组大鼠血清中Na、Mg、K、Ca、Fe含量分别为(1 588.51±586.45)、(12.41±4.86)、(87.18±39.26)、(45.82±17.45)和(1 290.02±485.82)mg/L,第12周高剂量组大鼠血清中Na、Mg、K、Ca、Zn、Se、Fe含量分别(1 076.29±461.23)、(8.49±1.74)、(53.83±18.19)、(29.62±7.73)、(392.27±228.80)、(234.54±88.18)和(760.72±279.81)mg/L,均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。染毒第8周高剂量组大鼠血清中Ba和Cd含量分别为(60.35±22.28)和(3.22±1.51)mg/L,第12周高剂量组大鼠血清中Ba和Cd含量分别为(194.21±109.47)和(9.25±1.42)mg/L,均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论草甘膦可能通过改变血清中Na、Mg、K、Ca、Zn、Se、Fe、Ba和Cd元素含量影响机体的生理生化功能,产生相应的损害。Objective To compare the contents of various chemical elements in the serum of rats in glyphosate exposure group and the control group,explore their effects on physiological and biochemical functions. Methods Totally 90 SD rats were randomly divided into control group,low-dose group(50 mg/kg) and high-dose group(800 mg/kg) according to body weight,receiving continuous oral gavage for 12 weeks. A group of rats were killed at the 4 th,8 th and 12 th week,to collect the blood samples. The contents of 25 chemical elements in rat serum were detected by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS). Results At the 12 th week after exposure,the contents of Na,Mg,K,Ca and Fe in the low-does group were(1 588.51±586.45),(12.41±4.86),(87.18±39.26),(45.82±17.45) and(1290.02±485.82)mg/L respectively,while the contents of Na,Mg,K,Ca,Zn,Se and Fe in the high-does group were(1 076.29±461.23),(8.49±1.74),(53.83±18.19),(29.62±7.73),(392.27±228.80),(234.54±88.18) and(760.72±279.81)mg/L respectively,all of them were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).In the high-does group,the contents of Ba and Cd at the 8 th week after exposure were(60.35±22.28) and(3.22±1.51)mg/L respectively,while the contents of Ba and Cd at the 12 th week after exposure were(194.21±109.47) and(9.25±1.42)mg/L,all of them were higherthan those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05). Conclusion Glyphosate may affect the physiological and biochemical functions of the body by changing the contents of Na,Mg,K,Ca,Zn,Se,Fe,Ba and Cd in the serum,and cause corresponding harm.
