摘 要:目的分析2016—2019年马鞍山市流行性感冒(流感)流行特征,为今后流感防控提供参考。方法收集整理2016—2019年马鞍山流感样病例(influenzn-like illness,ILI)监测资料,对其流行病学特征、病原学结果及聚集性疫情监测结果进行分析。结果 2016—2019年马鞍山市3家哨点医院报告ILI就诊百分比(ILI%)为4.29%,主要集中在0~<5岁年龄组,占ILI总数的57.52%。2016—2019年ILI标本核酸检测阳性率为19.35%,各年龄组阳性率比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=475.32,P<0.01),以5~<15岁年龄组阳性率最高,为33.11%。新甲H1N1型占比最高,为34.21%。2016、2017年的优势株为季H3N2和B型,2018、2019年优势株为新甲H1N1和B型。ILI%时间分布与ILI样本阳性率存在明显正相关(rs=0.215,P<0.01)。结论 2016—2019年马鞍山市冬春季以新甲H1N1、季H3N2和B型交替流行,夏季以季H3N2流行为主,引起学校聚集性疫情以B型为主。Objective To explore the epidemiological characteristics of influenza cases in Ma’anshan City from 2016-2019,provide reference for the prevention and control of influenza in the future. Methods The surveillance data of influenza-like illness(ILI)cases in Ma’anshan City from 2016-2019 were collected to analyze the epidemiological characteristics,etiological results and clustering surveillance results. Results The ILI visit percentage reported by three sentinel hospitals in Ma’anshan City from 2016-2019 was 4.29%,mainly concentrating in the <5 year-old age group,which accounted for 57.52% of total ILI cases. The positive rate of nucleic acid test among ILI samples from 2016-2019 was 19.35%,there was statistically significant difference in the positive rate among different age groups (χ2=475.32,P<0.01),and the highest positive rate of influenza virus was in 5-<15 yearold age group(33.11%). The new influenza A(H1 N1) accounted for the highest proportion(34.21%). The dominant strains were seasonal H3 N2 and influenza B in 2016 and 2017,and new influenza A(H1 N1) and influenza B in 2018 and 2019. There was a significant positive correlation between ILI% time distribution and influenza positive rate(rs=0.215,P<0.01). Conclusion From2016-2019,new influenza A(H1 N1),seasonal H3 N2 and influenza B appear alternately in winter and spring in Ma’anshan City,and seasonal H3 N2 is the dominant type in summer. The cluster epidemic in schools is mainly caused by influenza B.
