摘　　要：健康干预的意义在于促使被干预者健康意识的形成,促进健康习惯的养成,最终提升自身健康水平,对于改善健康状况具有重要意义,同时其对降低疾病风险,控制疾病进展及减少医疗费用有积极作用。健康干预的形式多样,但既往研究显示健康干预会受到年龄、教育程度、个人自评健康状况、经济水平等个人因素及干预方式实施的局限性等因素影响,使得干预效果常低于期望值。格林模式是一种健康教育促进模式,因其以问题为导向、针对性强、系统性、全面性、远期效果可追溯的特点在健康干预中广泛应用。我们在对格林模式的概念、实施步骤进行介绍的基础上,从认知行为干预、自我管理、疾病预防与筛查、医务人员职业压力及职业暴露、慢性病健康管理模式的构建与应用5个方面综述格林模式在国内外健康干预中的应用现状,并指出存在的问题和未来研究的方向,以期为格林模式在国内更科学的运用提供借鉴和参考依据。The essence of health intervention is to promote the implementation of health awareness,promote the formation of health habits,and ultimately improve their own health level,which is of great significance to improve health status. At the same time,it has a positive effect on reducing disease risk,controlling disease progress and reducing medical expenses. There are many forms of health intervention,such as health education,but previous studies have shown that health intervention will be affected by personal factors such as age,education level,personal self-assessment of health status,economic level and the limitations of intervention methods,which makes the intervention effect often lower than expected. PRECEDE-PROCEED model is a kind of health education promotion model,which is widely used in health intervention because of its problem-oriented,targeted,systematic,comprehensive and long-term effect traceable. On the basis of introducing the concept and implementation steps of PRECEDE-PROC EED model,we summarized the application of it in health intervention at home and abroad from 5 aspects:cognitive behavior intervention,self-management,disease prevention and screening,occupational stress and occupational exposure of medical staff,construction and application of chronic disease health management model,and points out the existing problems and future research directions in order to provide reference for the more scientific application of PRECEDE-PROCEED model in China.
