摘 要:钢丝绳隔振器被广泛运用在舰艇设备隔振抗冲击领域。针对传统钢丝绳隔振器拉伸性能较差的缺点设计了新型可双向压缩钢丝绳隔振器,在保持钢丝绳隔振器原有隔振效果的基础上,进一步提升了隔振器的抗冲击性能。振动和冲击试验得到新型钢丝绳隔振器的固有频率约为10.6 Hz,动刚度约为57606 N/m,冲击隔离率在82.5%以上。多体动力学软件ADAMS数值模拟与试验结果验证了新型钢丝绳隔振器具有较好的抗冲击性能。新型钢丝绳隔振器的迟滞模型可简化为双线性模型。该研究为提升舰艇设备抗冲击性能提供了一种有效的技术手段。Wire rope isolators are widely used in the field of ship equipment vibration and shock resistance.Aiming at the shortcomings of the traditional wire rope isolator with poor tensile performance,a new biaxial compressible wire rope isolator was designed.The new wire rope vibration isolator further improves the shock resistance of the vibration isolator on the basis of maintaining the original vibration isolation effect.Vibration and shock test results show that the natural frequency of the new wire rope isolator is about 10.6 Hz,the dynamic stiffness is about 57606 N/m,and the impact isolation rate is more than 82.5%.Numerical simulation and test results of the multi-body dynamics software ADAMS verify that the new type of wire rope vibration isolator has good impact resistance.The hysteresis model of the new wire rope isolator can be simplified to a bilinear model.This research provides an effective technical means for improving the impact resistance of naval equipment.
