摘  要:高架轨道桥梁结构的振动与噪声问题已成为制约轨道交通发展的重要因素,为研究调谐质量阻尼器(TMD)控制高架轨道箱梁桥振动的效果,以铁路32 m简支箱梁桥为原型,以10∶1为几何缩尺比,设计制作了轨道箱梁结构相似试验模型,并制作了可调谐TMD减振装置。在验证试验模型可靠性的基础上,分别附加控制1阶、2阶模态振动的TMD,通过对试验模型进行单点激振试验得到测点减振前后的振动响应,分析了TMD对箱梁桥的减振性能。研究结果表明:安装1阶、2阶TMD之前,在模态自振频率附近,振动响应出现了明显峰值;安装TMD之后,翼板和腹板的加速度有效值在模态频率附近得到了明显的抑制,并且激振频率越接近自振频率,TMD减振效果越好;当TMD质量比为0.02时的减振效果优于0.01。The vibration and noise problems of elevated track bridge structure have become an important factor restricting the development of railway traffic.In order to study the damping effect of tuned mass damper(TMD)on an elevated track box girder structure,taking the 32 m simple supported box girder bridge as the prototype,with 10∶1 as geometric scale.According to the scale ratio,a similar model of the track box girder structure was designed and fabricated,and the TMD vibration damping device was designed and manufactured according to the working principle of TMD.On the basis of verifying the reliability of the test model,the TMD damping device for controlling the first and second-order modal vibration were installed.The vibration response of measuring points on the structure was obtained by a single-point excitation test on the model bridge.Damping performance of TMD for the box girder bridge was analyzed.The results show that before the 1st and 2nd order TMDs were installed,the vibration response showed a significant peak near the modal natural frequency.After the TMD is installed,the effective acceleration value of the flange and web plate is significantly suppressed near the modal frequency,and the closer the excitation frequency is to the natural frequency,the better the TMD vibration reduction effect.Vibration reduction effect is better than 0.01 when TMD mass ratio is 0.02.
