摘 要:目的了解新生儿科护士时间压力、心理资本、职业倦怠状况,分析时间压力、心理资本对职业倦怠的影响。方法 2020年6—8月采用随机抽样方法抽取淮安市5家三级甲等医院212名新生儿科护士作为研究对象,运用一般调查表、时间压力量表、心理资本量表和职业倦怠量表开展调查分析。结果新生儿科护士时间压力得分为32.84±5.54,心理资本得分为80.16±14.48,职业倦怠得分为68.48±12.82;不同年龄、工龄、职称、月收入和轮值夜班的新生儿科护士时间压力得分比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);不同年龄、工龄、职称和轮值夜班的新生儿科护士心理资本得分比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);不同年龄、工龄、职称、婚姻状况、月收入和轮值夜班的新生儿科护士职业倦怠得分比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);新生儿科护士时间压力与职业倦怠呈正相关(P<0.01),心理资本与职业倦怠呈负相关(P<0.01),时间压力与心理资本呈负相关(P<0.01);新生儿科护士心理资本在时间压力与职业倦怠间起部分中介效应,中介效应占总效应的26.77%。结论时间压力对新生儿科护士职业倦怠具有直接正向预测作用,心理资本在新生儿科护士时间压力和职业倦怠间起部分中介作用,提高护士心理资本有利于缓解时间压力和降低职业倦怠感。Objective To investigate the status of time pressure,psychological capital and job burnout of nurses in neonatology department,analyze the influence of time pressure and psychological capital on job burnout. Methods By the random sampling method,212 nurses in neonatology department of five grade-A tertiary hospitals Huai’an City were selected as the research objects from June to August in 2020. The general questionnaire,time pressure scale,psychological capital scale and job burnout scale were applied in the investigation and analysis. Results The scores of time pressure,psychological capital and job burnout among nurses in neonatology department were 32.84±5.54,80.16±14.48 and 68.48±12.82,respectively. There were statistically significant differences in time stress scores among groups in different age,length of service,professional title,monthly income and night shift(all P<0.05). There were statistically significant differences in psychological capital scores among groups in different age,length of service,professional title and night shift(all P<0.05). There were statistically significant differences in the scores of job burnout among groups in different age,length of service,professional title,marital status,monthly income and night shift(all P <0.05).There was a positive correlation between time pressure and job burnout(P<0.01),a negative correlation between psychological capital and job burnout(P <0.01),and a negative correlation between time pressure and psychological capital(P <0.01). The psychological capital of neonatal nurses had a partial mediating effect between time pressure and job burnout,and the mediating effect accounted for 26.77% of the total effect. Conclusion Time pressure has a direct positive predictive effect on job burnout of nurses in neonatology department,and psychological capital plays a partial mediating role between time pressure and job burnout of nurses in neonatology department.
