防风通圣颗粒联合抗组胺药物治疗荨麻疹疗效及对自身免疫影响

摘　　要：目的探讨防风通圣颗粒联合抗组胺药物治疗荨麻疹疗效及对自身免疫影响。方法选取我院2018年1月—2019年1月所收治的80例荨麻疹患者,将其随机分为研究组和对照组,每组40例患者,对照组患者给予抗组胺治疗,研究组患者给予防风通圣颗粒联合抗组胺药物联合治疗,对比2组治疗方式对荨麻疹疗效及自身免疫的影响。结果研究组患者治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);2组患者治疗前CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,2组患者各项细胞免疫功能指标均有所改善,且研究组患者的治疗后各项指标均明显优于对照组(P<0.05);2组患者治疗前IgE、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α、干扰素(IFN)-γ比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组患者IgE、TNF-α、IFN-γ均有所改善,且研究组患者治疗后的各项指标值明显优于对照组(P<0.05);2组患者在整个治疗期间未出现严重不良反应,且2组患者不良反应发生率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论防风通圣颗粒联合抗组胺药物治疗荨麻疹疗效显著,可明显改善患者的临床症状,改善免疫功能,并且中药性味温和,安全可靠,不会给机体造成明显不良反应,值得临床上推广应用。Objective In order to investigate the combined effects between antihistamines and Fangfeng Tongsheng granules on the treatment of urticaria.Methods Eighty patients with urticaria admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into study group and control group,40 patients in each group.The control group was given antihistamine treatment;the study group was given the combined treatment of Fangfeng Tongsheng granule and antihistamine.The therapeutic effects and autoimmunity of urticaria were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD8^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,all the cellular immune function indexes in two groups were improved,and the indexes of the patients in the study group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistical differences of IgE,tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-αand interferon(IFN)-γin the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,IgE,TNF-α,IFN-γwere improved in both groups,and the indexes of the study group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).There were no serious adverse reactions during the whole treatment period,and there were no significant differences in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Fangfeng Tongsheng granules combined with antihistamines have significant curative effect on urticaria,which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients and improve immune function.The taste of Chinese medicine is mild,safe and reliable,and will not cause obvious side effects to the body.It is worthy of clinical application.
