摘　　要：超临界流体是一种高于临界温度和临界压力以上的流体,多用于物质的萃取、化学合成反应、催化及超临界色谱技术等。因超临界流体具有消耗时间少、提取效率高、无有毒有害溶剂残留等优点,现广泛应用于中药检测中。本文主要介绍近几年来超临界流体技术及其应用于中药检测中的情况。Supercritical fluid is a kind of fluid which is higher than critical temperature and pressure.It is widely used in material extraction,chemical synthesis,catalysis and supercritical chromatography.Supercritical fluid is widely used in the detection of traditional Chinese medicine because it has the advantages of less time consumption,high extraction efficiency and no toxic and harmful solvent residues.This paper mainly introduces the supercritical fluid technology and its application in the detection of traditional Chinese medicine in recent years.
