摘　　要：通过清洁生产审核和评估从而提出清洁生产方案是港口实现绿色发展的有效方法。本文以东北某港为例,通过对港口的清洁生产审核工作,从港口工程概况和规模、产排污情况、用电用水用油情况等几方面,综合分析了企业在能源消耗、废弃物产生、装卸工艺设备等方面的清洁生产潜力,进而提出港口的清洁生产方案,对港口清洁生产审核和清洁生产方案的提出进行了探讨和实践。It is an effective way for port to realize green development to put forward cleaner production plan through cleaner production audit and evaluation.Taking a port in Northeast China as an example,through the cleaner production audit work of the port,this paper comprehensively analyzes the cleaner production potential of the enterprise in the aspects of energy consumption,waste generation,loading and unloading process and equipment from the aspects of port engineering overview and scale,production and sewage,electricity,water and oil consumption,etc.,and then puts forward the cleaner production plan of the port,which is helpful for the cleaner production audit and cleaning of the port The proposal of cleaner production scheme is discussed and practiced.
