摘  要:近年来环境污染突发事件频发,对生态环境造成一定程度损害和影响。本文以槽车侧翻致甲醛泄漏突发事件为例,对该事件产生的环境损害进行评估和量化核算,评估结果表明,本次事件较完整的损害总费用为9.8万元,包括应急处置费用2.82万元、修复费用4.48万元、调查评估费2.5万元,可定性为一般(Ⅳ级)突发环境事件。In recent years,environmental emergencies have occurred frequently,causing damage and impact to the ecological environment to a certain extent.In this paper,taking the accident of formaldehyde leakage caused by tank car rollover as an example,the environmental damage caused by the incident was evaluated and quantified.The assessment results showed that the total damage cost of the incident was 98000 yuan,including the emergency disposal cost of 28200 yuan,the repair cost of 44800 yuan,the investigation and evaluation cost of 25000 yuan,which can be classified as a general(grade IV)environmental emergency.
