摘  要:物料粘壁是高压聚乙烯管式法工艺普遍存在的问题。采用温度分布曲线法、压降法、传热系数法和相对污垢厚度法等对管式反应器粘壁结垢进行定性和定量评价。研究结果表明,温度曲线法和压降法可以定性评价管式反应器粘壁结垢程度,而传热系数法和相对污垢厚度法对反应器内粘壁结垢程度进行定量评价。特别是相对污垢厚度法不依赖反应器模型,可以较为准确地判断反应器中粘壁结垢位置和严重程度。Fouling phenomena to the wall is a common problem for the high-pressure polyethylene tubular processes.The temperature profile,the pressure drop,the heat transfer coefficient,and the relative fouling thickness were used to qualitatively and quantitatively evaluate fouling severity in the tubular reactor.The results show that the temperature curve and the pressure drop can effectively qualitatively evaluate the fouling severity,while the heat transfer coefficient and the relative fouling thickness can effectively and quantitatively evaluate the fouling severity.In particular,the relative fouling thickness method does not rely on the reactor model and is relatively accurate to determine the fouling location and severity of the tubular reactor.
