摘　　要：天然药物化学是药学专业和相关生命科学专业主要的课程,其中天然药物化学实验是天然药物化学课程的核心。随着国家对国民健康的重视,社会对新型药物需求的增加,进一步提高社会对药学等相关专业高等教育人才的需要。针对学科当中隐晦难懂的内容、学生淡薄的学科兴趣,以芽孢杆菌天然抗菌肽纯化实验为案例,发现并改正天然药物化学在教学过程中存在的问题,促进学生对天然药物化学的理解,激发学生的学习兴趣与创新思考能力,为探索天然药物化学新型教学方案提供思路与参考。Natural Medicinal Chemistry is the main course for pharmacy and related life sciences,among which Natural Medicinal Chemistry Experiment is the core of the experimental teaching of Natural Medicinal Chemistry.As the country attaches great importance to the health of the people,the demand for new drugs has increased,which will further increase the requirement for pharmacy and other related professional higher education personnel.Aiming at the obscure content in the subject and the students’indifferent subject interest,the Bacillus natural antimicrobial peptide purification experiment was used as a case to find and correct the problems in the teaching process of Natural Medicinal Chemistry to promoting students’understanding of natural medicinal chemistry,stimulating students'learning interest and creative thinking ability.At last,a new teaching program of Natural Medicine Chemistry was set to provide ideas and references.
