磷石膏在纸面石膏板生产过程中促凝效果的研究

摘　　要：为考察磷石膏在纸面石膏板生产过程中对料浆的促凝效果,开展了试验研究。结果表明:磷石膏可作为促凝剂加入纸面石膏板中,能缩短初终凝时间,且黏结速率有一定程度的提高,但会降低纸面石膏板的抗折强度,生产过程中应酌情使用;磷石膏用作促凝剂时,应严格控制w(游离水)≤0.2%、粒径≤75μm。In order to investigate the coagulation promotion effect of phosphogypsum on slurry in the production of gypsum plasterboar,the experimental study is carried out.The results show that phosphogypsum can be used as a coagulant in gypsum plasterboard,which can shorten the initial final setting time and improve the bonding rate to a certain extent.However,the strength of gypsum plasterboard will be reduced therefore should be used as appropriately during the production.When phosphogypsum is used as coagulant,the mass fraction of free water should be strictly controlled≤0.2%and the particle size should be≤75μm。
