摘  要:介绍了降温抽吸法卸出ICI74-1型氨合成催化剂、卡萨利密相装填法装填JM KATALCO 74-1型氨合成催化剂以及催化剂升温还原的过程。指出了催化剂还原过程中存在的问题及注意事项,提供了相应的解决措施。JM KATALCO 74-1型氨合成催化剂投入运行后,氨合成循环气量减少了6.3%,弛放气量减少了8.5%,反应压力下降了4.7%,氨净值提高了9%,氨产量增加了2.1%,吨氨能耗大幅下降,能满足生产要求。The process of unloading ICI74-1 ammonia synthesis catalyst by cooling and suction method, filling JMKATALCO74-1 ammonia synthesis catalyst by Casale dense phase filling method and heating reduction of the catalyst is introduced. The problem and precaution in the catalyst reduction process are being pointed out and corresponding solutions are also being provided. After the JMKATALCO74-1 ammonia synthesis catalyst is put into operation, the ammonia synthesis cycle gas volume is reduced by 6.3%, the purge gas volume is reduced by 8.5%, the reaction pressure is reduced by 4.7%, the ammonia net value is increased by 9% and the ammonia production is increased by 2.1%. The energy consumption per ton of ammonia is greatly reduced which can satisfied the production requirement.
