摘　　要：针对尾气回收装置中压系统存在的超温、超压问题,采取增设甲铵分离器、中压氨水缓冲槽、中压氨水泵、中压吸收塔测温装置,改造中压吸收塔塔板结构形式和塔底分布器等措施。改造后,尾气回收装置中压系统稳定性大大提高,保证了三聚氰胺装置的稳定运行。Due to the overtemperature and overpressure problems existing in the medium pressure system of tail gas recovery unit, measures such as adding ammonium carbamate separator, medium pressure ammonia buffer tank, medium pressure ammonia pump, medium pressure absorber temperature measuring device, reforming the plate structure of medium pressure absorber and bottom distributor are taken. After modification, the stability of medium pressure system of tail gas recovery unit is greatly improved, which ensured the stable operation of melamine unit.
