摘  要:将广枣多糖镧负载于硅胶载体上,制备不同配比的负载多糖镧,用于降解有机染料污染物亚甲基蓝,目的是清除对环境产生影响的有机污染物,寻找环境友好材料.具体方法是以硅胶作载体,广枣多糖镧作光催化剂,将两者按照不同比例进行混合研细,将广枣多糖镧负载在硅胶上.以亚甲基蓝溶液作为模拟污染物,在日光照射的条件下降解亚甲基蓝,利用分光光度法测定降解前和降解后亚甲基蓝的含量,来计算降解率.用分光光度计,在波长为664 nm处测定吸光度,亚甲基蓝标准溶液的线性回归方程为:y=129.49x-0.0024,相关系数为r=0.9991,亚甲基蓝的浓度在0.2~7.5 mg·L^(-1)区间内线型关系良好.结果表明,负载型广枣多糖镧的广枣多糖镧与硅胶的比例为1∶13时,亚甲基蓝的降解率最大,为59.6%,降解效果最好,且光照时间越长,降解率越高.In this paper,fructus choerospondiatis polysaccharide lanthanum was loaded on silica gel carrier to prepare different proportions of polysaccharide lanthanum for the degradation of methylene blue,an organic dye pollutant,in order to remove the organic pollutants that have an impact on the environment and find environmentally friendly materials.The concrete method is to use silica gel as the carrier and polysaccharide lanthanum as the photocatalyst,the two are mixed and ground in different proportions,and the polysaccharide lanthanum is loaded on silica gel.Methylene blue solution was used as a simulated pollutant to degrade methylene blue under the condition of sunlight irradiation.The content of methylene blue before and after degradation was measured by spectrophotometry to calculate the degradation rate.Using spectrophotometer,the absorbance was measured at the wavelength of 664 nm.The linear regression equation of methylene blue standard solution was y=129.49x-0.0024,and the correlation coefficient was r=0.9991.The concentration of methylene blue ranged from 0.2 to 7.5 mg·L^(-1) with a good linear relationship.The results showed that when the ratio of lanthanum polysaccharide to silica gel was 1∶13,the degradation rate of methylene blue was the highest,reached 59.6%,and the degradation rate was the best.It also showed that the longer the illumination time,the higher the degradation rate.
