摘  要:针对30份不同来源的二棱大麦材料,测定超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量等指标,利用相关性分析、方差分析、隶属函数法等方法进行抗氧化能力的综合评价.结果表明,遗传多样性指数以过氧化氢酶为最大(2.126),超氧化物歧化酶为最小(1.902);3种抗氧化酶活性及丙二醛含量在基因型间均达到极显著水平;且MDA与SOD、POD、CAT之间均呈显著或极显著相关;结合隶属函数和抗氧化性综合评价,可对30份二棱大麦品种的抗氧化能力进行排序,其中,早熟一号、97B733、杨0187、CA2-1和MACQUARIE排前5名,冈2、J axana、F6(2001-84不育×2001-29)不育×2001-29、苏U啤麦5号和2B10-4511排后5名.The comprehensive evaluation of antioxidant capacity was carried out by correlation analysis,variance analysis,membership function method and the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxide enzyme(POD),hydrogen peroxide enzyme(CAT)and propylene dialdehyde(MDA)content were measured in 30 two rowed barley germplasm from different resources in this study.The results showed that the genetic diversity index was the largest with hydrogen peroxide enzyme(2.126)and the superoxide dismutase(1.902)was the smallest.Activities of three antioxidant enzymes and content of MDA reached a significant level among genotypes,as well as MDA was significantly or extremely significantly correlated with SOD,POD and CAT.Combined with membership function and antioxidant comprehensive evaluation,the antioxidant capacity of 30 two rowed barley varieties could be sorted for precocious No.1,97B733,Yang 0187,CA2-1 and MACQUARIE in the top five,as well as Okazaki 2,J a x a n a,F6(2001-84 sterility×2001-29)infertility×2001-29,SuU Beer Wheat 5 and 2B10-4511 in the bottom five.
