蒙药苏格木勒-3汤在心律失常及心率变异性中的作用研究

摘　　要：目的:研究蒙药苏格木勒-3汤对心律失常及心率变异性的作用.方法:随机选取在2018年12月—2020年2月间就诊于内蒙古民族大学附属医院诊断为“心悸症”或“心律失常”患者共60例,随机分为对照组30例和实验组30例,对照组患者给以口服美托洛尔12.5 mg,2次/日,实验组患者睡前口服蒙药苏格木勒-3味汤5 g/日,两组患者在服药4周后进行动态心电图检查,并统计房早、室早发生率及心率变异性变化.结果:与治疗前相比较,两组患者24 h动态心电图早搏数量与治疗前相比均明显减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),与对照组相比较,实验组患者房早、室早数量减少大致相同,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).与治疗前相比较,两组患者的心率变异性的指标数值明显增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),与对照组相比较,实验组患者心率变异性数值变化不大,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:蒙药苏格木勒-3味汤散通过改善心率变异性来起到减少房早、室早发生率,对治疗心律失常起到重要作用.Objective:To study the effects of Mongolian medicine Sugemule 3 decoction on arrhythmia and heart rate variability.Methods:A total of 60 patients diagnosed as“palpitation”or“arrhythmia”in the Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Minzu University from December 2018 to February 2020 were randomly selected and divided into a control group(30 cases)and an experimental group(30 cases).Patients in the control group were given metoprolol 12.5 mg orally,twice a day.Patients in the experimental group were given Mongolian medicine Sugemule-3 decoction 5 g/d orally before going to bed.After taking the medicine for 4 weeks,patients in the two groups were examined by dynamic electrocardiogram,and the incidence of atrial and ventricular premature beats and changes in heart rate variability were statistically analyzed.Results:Compared with before treatment,the number of premature beats in 24 h dynamic electrocardiogram in two groups was significantly reduced,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the number of atrial and ventricular premature beats in the experimental group reduced approximately the same,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Compared with before treatment,the index value of heart rate variability in two groups was significantly increased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the value of heart rate variability in the experimental group was not significantly changed,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Mongolian medicine Sugemule-3 decoction powder can reduce the incidence of atrial and ventricular premature by improving heart rate variability,and plays an important role in the treatment of arrhythmia.
