摘　　要：中国共产党百年政治建设发展历程,表明要始终坚持把加强和规范党内政治生活放在党的政治建设的重要位置。加强和规范高校党内政治生活,是实现高校立德树人根本任务的必需。高校基层党组织经过长期的政治建设,党内政治生活正呈现出良好的政治生态,但相对于党中央严格党内政治生活的要求,仍然存在一些亟须研究解决的问题。加强和规范高校党内政治生活,需要在思想、组织、纪律、党委领导下校长负责制、学习等方面培养长效机制。The 100-year history of the development of the Communist Party of China’s political construction shows that we must always insist on strengthening and regulating the political life within the Party,and we must place it in an important position in the Party’s political construction.Strengthening and standardizing the political life within the Party in colleges and universities is necessary to realize the fundamental task of establishing morality and fostering people in colleges and universities.After a long period of political construction in the basic-level Party organizations in colleges and universities,the inner-Party political life of the Communist Party of China is showing a good political ecology.However,compared with the strict requirements of the Party Central Committee’s inner-Party political life,there are still some problems that need to be solved urgently.To strengthen and standardize the political life within the Party in colleges and universities,it is necessary to cultivate a long-term mechanism in five aspects:ideology,organization,discipline,principal responsibility system under the leadership of the Party committee,and learning.
