摘 要:为提高黑龙江防洪调度水平,采用一维非恒定流水动力模型,模拟了黑龙江干流洛古河至抚远江段的洪水演进过程,分析了黑龙江干流洪水传播速度、削峰率及干支流洪水叠加规律。结果表明,黑龙江干流洪水传播速度主要取决于河道形态,除萝北至抚远江段外,洪水传播速度与洪水类型及量级关系不大;洪峰削减率与洪水类型密切相关,峰型越尖瘦,削峰率越大;对于2013年典型洪水,结雅河、布列亚河及松花江三大支流对黑龙江干流洪水具有显著增强作用,将干流洪水与支流洪水错时段相加,与干支流叠加后的洪水过程具有较高的吻合度。In order to improve the level of flood control regulation of Heilongjiang River,one-dimensional unsteady hydrodynamic model was used to simulate the flood routing process of the stream segment from Luoguhe station to Fuyuan station of Heilongjiang River,and analyze the flood propagation speed,flood peak reduction rate and flood superposition law of mainstream and tributaries.Flood propagation speed of the mainstream of Heilongjiang River mainly depends on the river course feature,except for the stream segment from Luobei station to Fuyuan station,which has little relationship with flood type and magnitude.The flood peak reduction rate is closely related to flood types.The thinner flood peak shape is,the greater flood peak reduction rate is.For the typical flood in 2013,the three tributaries that Jieya River,Bulieya River and Songhua River can significantly enhance the mainstream flood of Heilongjiang River.The result that the mainstream flood and the tributary flood are superposed together staggering flood propagation time has a high degree of coincidence with the flood process after superposition of the mainstream and tributary.
