摘 要:近年来,随着电网的发展和大量敏感型设备的投入使用,电压暂降问题已成为最主要的电能质量问题之一。对此,提出了一种电压暂降严重程度评估分级基准,可直观评估电压暂降自身的绝对严重程度。首先提取实测暂降数据典型特征量,其次运用最大熵原理结合非线性最小二乘法拟合出特征量的概率密度函数,进而确定概率分布函数,接着在概率分布函数上取25%、50%、75%、95%四个分位点作为电压暂降严重程度评估的四个基准值,从而建立了缓和、比较缓和、一般、严重、非常严重这五个电压暂降严重程度评估等级。最后以河南省某城市电压暂降事件的实测数据为例,评估单次电压暂降事件的严重程度。评估结果对电压暂降防治措施的制定具有重要意义。In recent years,with the development of the power grid and the use of a large number of sensitive equipment,the problem of voltage sag has become one of the most important power quality problems.This paper proposes a grading standard for evaluating the severity of voltage sags,which can intuitively evaluate the absolute severity of voltage sags.First,the typical feature quantity of the measured sag data is extracted.Secondly,the maximum entropy principle is combined with the nonlinear least squares method to fit the probability density function of the feature quantity,and the probability distribution function is determined.Then the four quantiles of 25%,50%,75%,and 95%on the probability distribution function are taken as the four reference values for the evaluation of the severity of the voltage sag,thereby The five voltage sag severity assessment levels including moderate,relatively moderate,general,serious,and very serious are established.Finally,this paper relies on the measured data of a voltage sag event in a certain city in Henan Province to conduct a use case analysis to evaluate the severity of a single voltage sag event.The results are of great significance to the formulation of voltage sag prevention measures.
