摘　　要：目的探讨PDCA[计划(plan)、实施(do)、检查(check)、处理(action)]循环管理在提高广东省妇幼保健院药房药品盘点帐物相符率中的应用效果。方法自2018年起,广东省妇幼保健院2院区中药房均成立了管理小组,通过PDCA循环以提高各药房药品使用的管理。本研究通过对2016年9月至2020年2月2院区中药房的药品盘点帐物相符率进行统计分析,并对实施PDCA循环管理前后药剂科工作人员(男7位,女11位,年龄(33.08±3.21)岁)的满意度进行调查分析,综合评价PDCA循环管理的应用价值。结果通过开展PDCA循环管理,越秀区中药房、番禺区中药房的帐物相符率分别由90.00%(36/40)、87.50%(35/40)上升至97.50%(39/40)、95.00%(38/40);另外,越秀区中药房、番禺区中药房药剂科工作人员对PDCA循环管理模式的满意度分别为100.00%(6/6)、91.67%(11/12),也显著高于实施前的33.33%(2/6)、41.67%(5/12),差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论PDCA循环管理有助于及时发现医院药品管理中存在的问题并及时解决,可显著提升药品盘点帐物相符率及药剂工作人员工作满意度,值得临床推广使用。Objective To explore the application effect of PDCA(plan,do,check,and action)cycle management in improving the consistency rate of drug inventory in Department of Pharmacy,Guangdong Women and Children Health Care Hospital.Methods Since 2018,the management teams have been set up in the traditional Chinese medicine rooms of the two hospitals of Guangdong Women and Children Health Care Hospital to improve the management of drugs used in each pharmacy room by the PDCA cycle.In this study,the coincidence rates of drug inventory in the Chinese pharmacy rooms of the two hospitals from September 2016 to February 2020 were statistically analyzed.The satisfaction of pharmacy staff,including 7 males and 11 females who were(33.08±3.21)years old,before and after the implementation of PDCA cycle management was investigated and analyzed,and the application value of the PDCA cycle management was comprehensively evaluated.Results After the PDCA cycle management,the coincidence rates of the Chinese pharmacy rooms at Panyu District and Panyu District were increased from 90.00%(36/40)and 87.50%(35/40)to 97.50%(39/40)and 95.00%(38/40),respectively.In addition,the satisfaction of the pharmacy staff at Yuexiu District and Panyu District were 100.00%(6/6)and 91.67%(11/12),respectively,which were significantly higher than those before the implementation[33.33%(2/6)and 41.67%(5/12)],with statistical differences(both P<0.05).Conclusions PDCA cycle management is helpful to find out and solve the problems in hospital drug management in time.It can significantly improve the coincidence rate of drug inventory and pharmacy staff's satisfaction.Therefore,it is worth for clinical application.
