摘  要:针对多台阶电机轴的冷挤压成形方案,提出一种双向挤压复合镦粗变形的成形工艺,从理论上分析了镦挤变形过程中坯料的受力状态,得出影响成形和质量的主要因素为摩擦系数、模口角度和模具长度。采用DEFORM有限元模拟软件对电机轴的镦挤成形过程进行了模拟分析,通过控制变量法研究了各个因素对工艺的影响规律,结合所得影响规律,采用正交实验法进行了模拟优化分析,获得了理论最佳工艺参数:左挤压模、右挤压模1和右挤压模2的长度分别为20.0、41.5和14.0 mm,摩擦系数分别为0.10、0.05和0.05,挤压速度为4 mm·s^(-1)。结合镦挤工艺方案和模拟分析结果,设计了电机轴卧式挤压成形模具,并通过实验制成了合格的电机轴制件。Aiming at the cold extrusion forming scheme of multi-step electromotor shaft,a composite forming process of two-way extrusion and upsetting deformation was proposed.The stress state of the blank during the upsetting extrusion process was theoretically analyzed.It is found that the main factors influencing the forming quality are the friction coefficient,die angle and die length.The DEFORM finite element simulation software was used to simulate and analyze the upsetting extrusion forming process of the electromotor shaft.The control variable method was used to study the influence law of each factor on the process.Combined with the obtained influence law,the orthogonal experiment method was used to conduct the simulation and optimization analysis and the theoretical optimal process parameters were obtained:the length of the left extrusion die,the right extrusion die 1 and the right extrusion die 2 are 20.0,41.5 and 14.0 mm,respectively.The friction coefficient is 0.10,0.05 and 0.05,respectively,and the extrusion speed is 4 mm·s^(-1).Combined with the upsetting-extrusion process scheme and the simulation analysis results,the electromotor shaft horizontal extrusion forming die was designed and qualified electromotor shaft parts were manufactured by experiments.
