摘  要:采用热挤压态7075铝合金直接半固态等温处理法制备半固态坯料,研究了坯料制备过程中加热温度和保温时间对组织的影响规律。并以深腔筒形件为研究对象,设计了半固态触变成形模具,研究了7075高强度铝合金半固态触变挤压成形筒形件不同部位的组织分布规律,并通过能谱分析研究了筒形件各处的组织成分分布。实验得出优化后的制备7075铝合金半固态制坯的工艺参数为:600℃下保温10 min。用制得的半固态坯料进行触变挤压成形的深腔筒形件外形完整,尺寸精度高,纵截面的微观组织呈由半固态组织到固态组织的梯度分布形态。Semi-solid billet was prepared by direct semi-solid isothermal treatment method of 7075 aluminum alloy in hot extrusion state,the effect of heating temperature and holding time on microstructure during the preparation of billet was studied.Taking deep cavity cylinder part as the research object,a semi-solid thixo-forming mold was designed,the distribution of microstructure in different parts of 7075 high strength aluminum alloy semi-solid thixo-extruded cylinder part was studied,and the composition distribution of each part of the cylinder parts was studied by energy spectrum analysis.The optimized process parameters of 7075 aluminum alloy semi-solid billet are heat preservation for 10 min at 600℃.The deep cavity cylinder shaped by thixo-extrusion forming with semi-solid billet is complete in appearance and has high dimensional accuracy.The microstructure of the longitudinal section shows gradient distribution from semi-solid to solid.
