摘 要:以1060铝板为研究对象,基于DYNAFORM有限元模拟平台,建立了扩孔两道次渐进成形圆孔翻边模型,并通过ETA/POST后处理软件对成形结果进行了分析,比较了单道次成形和扩孔两道次成形制件的壁厚分布情况和翻边高度。研究结果表明,相较于单道次成形,扩孔两道次成形可以有效减少制件的减薄现象,使壁厚分布更为均匀;根据模拟结果,拟合出扩孔两道次渐进成形圆孔翻边高度的表达式。使用渐进成形数控机床进行实验验证,证实了模拟结果的可信性和准确性。Taking 1060 aluminum plate as the research object,based on the DYNAFORM finite element simulation platform,a two-pass incremental forming round hole flanging model was established,and the forming results were analyzed by ETA/POST post-processing software.The wall thickness distribution and flanging height of the workpieces formed by single-pass and two-pass reaming were analyzed.The research results show that compared with the single-pass forming,the two-pass reaming forming can effectively reduce the thinning of workpiece and make the wall thickness distribution more uniform.According to the simulation results,the expression of the round hole flanging height of the two-pass incremental forming of the reaming was fitted.Experimental verification was carried out using progressive forming numerical control machine tool,and the credibility and accuracy of the simulation results were verified.
