摘 要:研究了3104铝合金薄板的各向异性本构模型。通过单向拉伸试验获取3104铝合金薄板与轧制方向呈0°、45°及90°方向的力学性能参数,分析了3104铝合金薄板的各向异性和硬化特性。根据拉伸试验所得数据,通过应变各向异性的标定方法,在Hill48准则和Barlat89准则的基础上标定出了两种不同的材料本构模型,并利用数值仿真模拟技术,分别利用所标定的两种本构模型进行了凸模胀形模拟试验。对比分析了凸模胀形试验结果和模拟预测结果的胀形极限高度和减薄率分布情况,验证了两种本构模型的准确性。结果表明,所标定的Hill48本构模型能够更准确地描述3104铝合金薄板的变形行为。The anisotropic constitutive model of 3104 aluminum alloy sheet was studied.The mechanical property parameters of 3104 aluminum alloy sheet in 0°,45° and 90° rolling directions were obtained by uniaxial tensile test.The anisotropy and hardening characteristics of 3104 aluminum alloy sheet were analyzed.According to the data obtained from tensile tests,two different constitutive models of materials were calibrated based on Hill48 criterion and Barlat89 criterion by means of the calibration method of strain anisotropy,and the punch bulging simulation tests were carried out using the two constitutive models respectively calibrated by numerical simulation technology.The bulging limit height and thinning rate distribution of punch bulging test results and simulation prediction results were compared and analyzed to verify the accuracy of the two constitutive models.The results show that the calibrated Hill48 constitutive model can describe the deformation behavior of 3104 aluminum alloy sheet more accurately.
