摘 要:利用MMS-200热模拟试验机对轧态904L超级奥氏体不锈钢在变形温度900~1150℃、应变速率0.01~10 s^(-1)条件下进行单道次热压缩实验。根据得到的流变应力曲线,研究了材料在热压缩变形时的热变形及动态再结晶行为;通过加工硬化率与应力关系曲线,确定了动态再结晶临界应变模型;基于Avrami方程,建立动态再结晶体积分数模型。结果表明:应力随变形温度的升高及应变速率的减小而降低。在应变速率小于1 s^(-1)及变形温度为1150℃、应变速率为1 s^(-1)的条件下,材料发生了完全再结晶,流变应力曲线为典型的动态再结晶型曲线。且在高温、低应变速率条件下,材料更易发生动态再结晶。在实验热变形条件下,轧态904L超级奥氏体不锈钢发生动态再结晶的激活能为487034 J·mol^(-1)。The single pass hot compression test of as-rolled 904L super austenitic stainless steel(SASS) at deformation temperature of 900-1150 ℃ and strain rate of 0.01-10 s^(-1) was carried out on MMS-200 thermal-mechanical simulator.According to the obtained flow stress curves,the thermal deformation and dynamic recrystallization behavior of the material under hot compression deformation were studied.The critical strain model of dynamic recrystallization was determined by the relationship curve between work hardening rate and stress,the dynamic recrystallization volume fraction model was established based on Avrami equation.The results show that the stress decreases with the increase of deformation temperature and the decrease of strain rate.When the strain rate is less than 1 s^(-1) and the deformation temperature is 1150 ℃,and the strain rate is 1 s^(-1),the material is recrystallized completely and the flow stress curves are typical dynamic recrystallization curves.At high temperature and low strain rate,dynamic recrystallization of material occurs more easily.Under the experimental hot deformation conditions,the activation energy of dynamic recrystallization of as-rolled 904L SASS is 487034 J·mol^(-1).
