摘  要:为了研究短搅拌针实施搅拌摩擦点焊的连接机理,采用DEFORM-3D软件对6061-T6铝合金搅拌摩擦点焊过程进行了数值模拟,分析了焊接过程中的温度场、应变场以及材料流动行为。结果表明:焊接进入驻留阶段后,周围材料的温度平缓升高,同时材料的塑性变形大幅提高;对短搅拌针而言,搭接界面上板与下板材料主要靠搅拌针搅拌摩擦产热形成以冶金结合为主的点焊接头;材料的塑性流动速度增大到一定幅度后开始减小,因此应对焊接驻留时间进行合理控制;通过对比分析数值模拟与试验所得的焊接接头横截面宏观形貌,发现两者吻合良好,在此基础上判断采用短搅拌针实施搅拌摩擦点焊可得到良好的接头质量。To study the connection mechanism of friction stir spot welding with short stirring pin,the numerical simulation of friction stir spot welding process of 6061-T6 aluminum alloy was carried out using Deform-3D software,then the temperature field,strain field and material flow behavior in the welding process were analyzed.The results show that the temperature of surrounding materials increases gently,meanwhile the plastic deformation of the materials increases greatly when the welding enters the dwell stage.The heat is generated by the the friction of the short pin and materials,relying on which a spot welding joint with metallurgical bonding is formed at the lap interface of the upper plate and the lower plate.The plastic flow velocity of the material increases to a certain extent and then decreases,so the dwell time of welding should be controlled reasonably.By comparing and analyzing the macroscopic morphology of welded joint cross section obtained by numerical simulation and experiment,it is found that they are consistent with each other,and it can be observed and inferred that the welding joint obtained by friction stir spot welding with short pin has a good quality.
