儿科护理专科敏感指标的构建对临床护理的作用

摘　　要：目的研究儿科护理专科敏感指标的构建对临床护理的作用价值。方法选取2018年2月至2019年2月肇庆市第一人民医院实施儿科护理专科敏感指标构建后43名护士以及300例患儿作为观察组。另取2017年1月至2018年1月该院实施儿科护理专科敏感指标构建前的43名护士以及300例患儿进行对照组。比较两组护士专科技能掌握情况,患儿跌倒坠床、皮肤损伤、留置针非计划穿刺情况以及患儿父母满意度情况。结果观察组护士的专科技能掌握合格率为100.00%(43/43),高于对照组的90.70%(39/43),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿跌倒坠床、皮肤损伤、留置针非计划穿刺发生率分别为0.33%(2/300)、1.00%(3/300)、0.33%(1/300),均明显低于对照组的2.67%(8/300)、3.67%(11/300)、3.00%(9/300),差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组患儿父母满意度为95.67%(287/300),明显高于对照组的91.67%(275/300),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论儿科护理专科敏感指标的构建可显著提高临床护理效果,减少患儿跌倒坠床、皮肤损伤、留置针非计划穿刺发生风险,同时有利于提高患儿父母的满意度,值得临床推广应用。Objective To study the value of the construction of pediatric nursing sensitivity index for clinical nursing.Methods A total of 43 nurses and 300 children were selected as the observation group after the establishment of pediatric nursing sensitivity index in the First People's Hospital of Zhaoqing from February 2018 to February 2019.In addition,43 nurses and 300 children before the construction of sensitivity index for pediatric nursing specialty were selected as the control group from January 2017 to January 2018.Nurses'mastery of specialized skills,children's falling off the bed,skin injury,unplanned puncture of indwelling needle and parents'satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The qualified rate of specialized skills in the observation group was 100.00%(43/43),which was higher than that in the control group(90.70%)(39/43),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of falling off the bed,skin injury and unplanned puncture of indwelling needle in the observation group were 0.33%(2/300),1.00%(3/300)and 0.33%(1/300),respectively,which were significantly lower than those in the control group 2.67%(8/300),3.67%(11/300),and 3.00%(9/300),respectively,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of parents in the observation group was 95.67%(287/300),which was significantly higher than that in the control group(91.67%)(275/300),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The construction of pediatric nursing specialist sensitivity index can significantly improve the clinical nursing effect,reduce the risk of children falling off the bed,skin injury,unplanned puncture of indwelling needle,and also help to improve the satisfaction of parents of children,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
