摘 要:针对粉煤灰等量替代在水泥基矿用封孔材料中导致水泥基材料早期强度不足、凝结时间长等问题,选取氟铝酸钙、氢氧化钙、三乙醇胺3种早强剂进行掺配得到大掺量粉煤灰掺合水泥,从早期强度、流动性、凝结时间等方面研究早强剂对OPC-FA早期性能的影响和激发粉煤灰活性效果。结果表明:当C11·A7·CaF2质量比为2%、Ca(OH)2质量比为0.5%、TEA质量比为0.02%时,样品的早强性能提升最高,相较于基准组1,3,7,14,28 d抗压强度分别提高121.3%、81.7%、52.3%、35.6%、25.5%。根据XRD、SEM、TG-DTG分析得C11·A7·CaF2、CH、TEA 3种早强剂复配的协同作用有效地激发了粉煤灰活性,加快了浆体水化反应,使得C—S—H胶体、钙矾石的生成量上涨形成稳定的胶凝物质聚集,使OPC-FA封孔材料水化结构更加稳定,孔隙更为缩小,早期强度提升更大。Equivalent content of fly ash was used to replace cement in cement-based mining sealing materials,causing the problems of insufficient early strength and long setting time of cement-based materials.Aiming at the problems,three early strength agents,including calcium fluoroaluminate,calcium hydroxide and triethanolamine,were selected for mixing to obtain compound cement admixtures with high-volume fly ash.From the early strength,fluidity,setting time and other aspects,the effect of early strength agent on the early performance of OPC-FA was studied,as well as the effect of stimulating fly ash activity.The results show that when the mass ratio of C11·A7·CaF2 is 2%,the mass ratio of Ca(OH)2 is 0.5%,and the mass ratio of TEA is 0.02%,the early strength of the sample improves the most,which is increased by 121.3%,81.7%,52.3%,35.6%and 25.5%comparing with 1,3,7,14 and 28 d compressive strength of the benchmark group.According to XRD,SEM,TG-DTG analysis,the synergistic effect of the three early strength agents(C11·A7·CaF2,CH and TEA)effectively stimulates the activity of fly ash,accelerates the hydration reaction of the slurry,and causes the formation increase of C—S—H colloid and ettringite to form a stable aggregation of cementitious substances.The hydration structure of the OPC-FA sealing material is more stable,the pores are smaller,and the early strength is increased more.
