摘 要:通过试剂初选、试剂终选、废水处理方案确定,探究一种以碱(CaO)置碱(Na2CO3)的废水无害化技术.试验结果表明:在H2O/CaO比率为6的条件下制得的石灰乳对废水处理效果最好,CaO用量是废水中Na2CO3摩尔质量的6倍,此时可去除废水中98%的Na2CO3和81%的SiO32-,用Ca(OH)2处理也有类似效果.通过测试废水循环使用过程中的成分变化及处理后废水湿法再生旧砂所得再生砂性能,证实废水无害化技术在循环湿法再生系统中可以稳定工作,废水无害化后可反复回用.废水无害化技术所用试剂价廉易得,工艺简单,有利于水玻璃砂绿色再生.A kind of sewage harmless treatment technology was explored by transferring Na2CO3 into CaCO3 with CaO in this paper, through the selection of reagents and the determination of waste water treatment scheme. The results show that the best treatment effects come from treatment using lime-milk which obtained by mixing H2O and CaO with the ratio of 6,98% of Na2CO3 and 81% of SiO32- are removed in sewages when dosage of CaO is six times of Na2CO3 by molar in the sewage;a similar effect can be achieved by using Ca(OH)2 as a reagent.It is proved that the harmless treatment technology can work stably during recycling of wet reclamation sewage,and sewage can be reused after harmless treatment,through testing the composition change in the process of sewage recycling and the performance of reclaimed sands obtained by using wet reclamation sewage. The sewage harmless treatment technology is beneficial to achieve green regeneration of water glass sands by using cheap reagent and simple operations.
