摘　　要：以北京市某三甲综合医院为例,从历史特点、挑战机遇、文化差异角度出发,针对多院区运行下医院文化建设的难点问题进行分析。通过多种方式促进新老员工文化融合,处理好文化传承与创新的关系,举办品牌学术会议加深多学科协作,找出解决文化建设难题的策略,为促进“一院多区”公立医院高质量发展提供借鉴。Sampled with a tertiary hospital in Beijing,the difficulties of cultural construction in a multi—campus hospital were analyzed from its historical characteristics,opportunity and challenge and cultural differences.Based on which,some countermeasures were put forward,mainly as promoting the cultural integration of fresh and old employees,harmonizing the relationship between cultural inheritance and innovation,and holding branded academic conferences to deepen multidisciplinary collaboration,which can provide a reference for the high-quality development of public hospitals with " one hospital and multi-campus".
