摘　　要：为保证人防工程安全使用,必须做好消防给水排水设计,平战结合的人防工程,其消防给水主要服务于平时,应按平时功能及现行规范、规程和规定的要求进行设计,与地面上部建筑的消防系统相协调,笔者结合设计防火规范的相关条文,总结了人防工程消防给排水设计的特点和需要注意的一些问题。In order to ensure the safe use of civil air defense works,it is necessary to well design the fire protection and water supply and drainage.The civil air defense works that combines peacetime and warfare is mainly used in peacetime.It should be designed in accordance with the usual functions and the requirements of current norms,procedures and regulations,and coordinate with the fire protection system of the upper building on the ground.Combining the relevant provisions of the design of fire protection,the author summarizes the characteristics of fire protection and water supply and drainage design of the civil air defense works and some issues that need attention.
