摘　　要：近年来,我国的建筑工程产业发展迅速,为我国的现代化建设集聚了大量的资金,从建设工程项目的全过程生产来看,工程变更在工程管理中十分常见,其对施工企业的各项生产活动带来了一定的干扰。如何在特殊的建设环境中加强工程管理,减少工程变更,提升工程经济性成了建筑工程企业风险管控等重难点。本文针对建筑工程设计变更以及索赔管理要求进行探讨,总结了一些实用技巧,希望能够为相关工程建设单位提供参考借鉴。In recent years,the construction engineering industry in China has developed rapidly,and a large amount of funds has been gathered for China’s modernization construction.From the perspective of the entire production process of construction engineering projects,project changes are very common in project management and produce certain interference on the production activities of construction enterprises.How to strengthen project management in a special construction environment,reduce project changes,and improve project economics has become a major difficulty in risk management and control of construction engineering enterprises.This article discusses the design changes and claim management requirements of construction engineering,and summarizes some practical skills,hoping to provide reference for relevant engineering construction units.
