摘  要:在建筑物基础托换或基础加固工程实践中,采用微型钢管桩进行桩基础加固或托换,效果较好。微型嵌岩钢管桩具有桩孔孔径小,单桩竖向承载力高,沉降变形量小,桩位布置灵活,施工时对原有基础影响小,穿透能力强等优点,适用于各种不同的土质条件,在基础加固工程中具有很大的经济价值和良好的社会效益,且满足现场各个限制条件的要求,达到了基础加固或托换目的。In the practice of building foundation underpinning or foundation reinforcement engineering,the use of micro steel pipe piles for pile foundation reinforcement or underpinning has achieved good effects.The micro socketed steel pipe pile has the advantages of small pile hole diameter,high vertical bearing capacity of single pile,small settlement deformation,flexible pile layout,small impact on the original foundation during construction,and strong penetrating ability.It is suitable for various soil conditions,and has great economic value and good social benefits in foundation reinforcement projects,meet the requirements of various restrictions on the site,and achieves the purpose of foundation reinforcement or underpinning.
