摘 要:目的探讨双能量CT单能谱成像技术在骨折金属固定术后患者中的应用效果。方法55例行骨折金属固定术的患者作为研究对象,均采用相同扫描设备先行常规CT扫描,再行双能量CT单能谱成像技术检查。比较两种CT扫描模式金属固定物伪影最大长度平均值及图像质量。结果双能量CT单能谱成像图像质量优良率为98.18%,显著高于常规CT扫描的58.18%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。脊柱骨折、四肢骨折、手足骨折、骨盆骨折及其他位置患者双能量CT单能谱成像后金属固定物伪影最大长度平均值分别为(21.03±5.27)、(29.68±3.57)、(20.36±4.25)、(6.02±1.58)、(7.36±4.21)mm,均显著短于常规CT扫描的(52.65±6.34)、(71.02±6.37)、(64.23±5.23)、(14.23±3.25)、(20.35±3.56)mm,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论双能量CT单能谱成像可有效去除骨折金属固定物伪影,图像质量较为理想,细节显影清晰,可为骨折金属固定术后评估提供可靠的参考资料。Objective To discuss the practical effect of dual-energy CT monoenergetic spectral imaging technology in patients with metal fracture fixation.Methods There were 55 patients underwent metal fracture fixation selected as the study subjects.All subjects underwent conventional CT scan first,and then were examined by dual-energy CT monoenergetic spectral imaging technology.The average maximum length of the metal fixture artifacts,and image quality were compared between the two CT scan modes.Results The image quality rate of dual-energy CT monoenergetic spectral imaging was 98.18%,which was significantly higher than 58.18%of conventional CT scans,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The average maximum length of the metal fixation artifacts after dual-energy CT monoenergetic spectral imaging in patients with spinal fractures,limb fractures,hand-foot fractures,pelvic fractures and other locations were(21.03±5.27),(29.68±3.57),(20.36±4.25),(6.02±1.58)and(7.36±4.21)mm,which were significantly shorter than(52.65±6.34),(71.02±6.37),(64.23±5.23),(14.23±3.25)and(20.35±3.56)mm of conventional CT scans,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Dual-energy CT monoenergetic spectral imaging can effectively remove the artifacts of metal fracture fixation,with relatively ideal image quality and clear detail development,and it can provide a reliable reference for the postoperative evaluation of metal fracture fixation.
