布地奈德联合班布特罗治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的分析布地奈德联合班布特罗治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效。方法100例小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组患儿单纯给予布地奈德,观察组患儿应用班布特罗和布地奈德共同治疗。比较两组治疗前后患儿免疫状态(CD5抗原样蛋白、补体C3)、血清学炎性指标[肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)]、肺功能指标[第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)]及治疗效果、不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组TNF-α(1.51±0.21)ng/ml、hs-CRP(7.12±1.24)mg/L、FEV1(1.23±0.31)L、FVC(1.61±0.57)L、CD5抗原样蛋白(196.56±43.46)ng/L、补体C3(101.24±12.01)mg/L均优于对照组的(2.43±0.21)ng/ml、(9.24±1.21)mg/L、(1.02±0.61)L、(1.24±0.62)L、(178.12±31.15)ng/L、(115.12±21.04)mg/L,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率96.00%高于对照组的80.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均未出现严重不良反应。结论布地奈德与班布特罗对于小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的效果确切,可有效改善肺功能,提高机体的免疫功能,并有效控制肺部炎症,且安全性高,无严重不良反应,值得推广和应用。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of budesonide combined with bambuterol on children with cough variant asthma.Methods A total of 100 children with cough variant asthma were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.Children in the control group were treated with budesonide,while those in the observation group were treated with bambuterol and budesonide.The immune status(CD5 antigen-like protein,complement C3),serological inflammatory indexes[tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)],pulmonary function indexes[forced expiratory volume in the 1st second(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC)]before and after treatment,therapeutic effects,and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the TNF-α(1.51±0.21)ng/ml,hs-CRP(7.12±1.24)mg/L,FEV1(1.23±0.31)L,FVC(1.61±0.57)L,CD5 antigen-like protein(196.56±43.46)ng/L,complement C3(101.24±12.01)mg/L of the observation group were all better than(2.43±0.21)ng/ml,(9.24±1.21)mg/L,(1.02±0.61)L,(1.24±0.62)L,(178.12±31.15)ng/L and(115.12±21.04)mg/L of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate 96.00%in the observation group was higher than 80.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).No serious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups.Conclusion Combination of budesonide and bambuterol has certain effect on children with cough variant asthma,and it can effectively improve the pulmonary function,enhance immune function,and effectively control pulmonary inflammation,with high safety and no serious adverse reactions.It is worth popularizing and applying.
