摘　　要：在测试技术飞速发展的今天,轴力监测在失效预防中发挥的作用越来越重要,伴随着传感器技术的进步,无线传输技术的成熟,综合技术的应用发挥其作用。本文主要对汽车车轮用测试应力螺栓设计进行阐述,详细说明了轴力螺栓的制作与数据采集应用方案,并对测试意义进行了评估。With the rapid development of testing technology,axial force monitoring is playing a more important role in failure prevention nowadays.Comprehensive technology becomes popular as the advancement of sensor technology and the maturity of wireless transmission technology.This article mainly elaborates the design of test stress bolts for automobile wheels,and the production and data collection application schemes of axial force bolts.It also evaluates the significance of the test.
