摘　　要：某发动机在台架标定过程中,发现增压器附近有明显的金属敲击声。通过试验测试并结合增压器本身结构分析,判定该异音源为执行器组件间的敲击。后续通过整改减小该尺寸间隙,从而使该敲击声明显减弱。During the calibration of an engine on the bench,an obvious metal knocking sound was found near the supercharger.Through the test and the analysis of the structure of the supercharger,it is determined that the sound source is the percussion between the actuator components.The subsequent rectification reduces the size,so that the knocking sound is significantly weakened.
