摘 要:伴随科学技术的高速发展,机械加工方面为了进一步提高工作效率以及加工质量,开始引入高速切削加工技术,进而引发了机械制造行业新一轮的技术改革,特别是目前许多先进制造工业应用十分广泛。例如汽车以及航空等机械制造领域相较于其他机械制造行业而言更为广泛,获得了十分理想的效果。为此,文章简要分析了数控高速切削加工技术发展现状及其所具有的技术优势,同时从铣削加工机床、刀柄与道具加工等方面论述高速切削加工技术在机械制造行业中的具体应用,以期为机械制造行业工作效率的提高提供参考与帮助。With the rapid development of science and technology,in order to further improve work efficiency and processing quality in mechanical processing,high-speed cutting processing technology has been introduced,which has triggered a new round of technological reforms in the machinery manufacturing industry,especially in many advanced manufacturing industries.For example,machinery manufacturing fields such as automobiles and aviation are more extensive than other machinery manufacturing industries,and have achieved very desirable results.To this end,the article briefly analyzes the development status of CNC high-speed cutting processing technology and its technical advantages,and discusses the specific application of high-speed cutting processing technology in the machinery manufacturing industry from the aspects of milling machine tools,tool holders and prop processing,etc.,with a view to Provide reference and help for the improvement of work efficiency in the machinery manufacturing industry.
