摘　　要：YHK250摇篮式数控回转工作台是高端数控铣床及加工中心上第4、第5回转轴的关键配套零部件,可以解决零件的复杂曲面加工和多工序加工,提高产品加工质量和效率。对于高精度的机床附件来说,精度是机械加工中的重中之重,全闭环控制系统可以很好的提高工作台分度的定位精度和重复定位精度。此次研究主要完成了YHK250摇篮式工作台全闭环控制系统的设计、安装和调试,经过反复测试使得控制精度达到了工作台的设计要求。YHK250 cradle-type CNC rotary table is a key accessory part for the 4th and 5th rotary axis of high-end CNC milling machine and machining center.It can solve the complicated surface processing and multi-process processing of parts,and improve the quality and efficiency of product processing.For high-precision machine tool accessories,accuracy is the most important thing in machining.The full-closed-loop control system can improve the positioning accuracy and repeat positioning accuracy of the worktable indexing.This research mainly completed the design,installation and commissioning of the YHK250 cradle-type workbench full closed-loop control system.After repeated tests,the control accuracy reached the design requirements of the workbench.
