摘 要:后桥总成是电动轿车传动系中的最后一个总成,其工作原理为:发动机的动力由传动轴作用,传给驱动车轮,从而降低转速,增大扭矩,以此保证车辆具有足够的牵引力和合适的车速。同时,后桥总成还能改变动力传递的方向以及承受汽车的载荷等。后桥总成常见故障除异响、漏油外还包括后桥过热。本文基于电动轿车后桥结构分析驱动后桥过热原因并给出了相应的解决方案。The Rear Axle Assembly is the last one in the transmission system of the electric car.Its working principle is that the power of the engine is transferred from the transmission shaft to the driving wheels,thus reducing the rotating speed and increasing the torque,in order to ensure that the vehicle has enough traction and the appropriate speed.At the same time,the rear axle assembly can also change the direction of power transmission and bear the load of the vehicle.Common faults of Rear Axle assembly include abnormal sound,oil leakage and overheating of rear axle.Based on the structure analysis of the rear axle of electric car,the cause of overheat of the rear axle is analyzed and the corresponding solution is given.
