摘  要:针对现行充电桩存在充电时间长、充电桩体积大以及开关损耗大等问题,提出一种基于软开关的半桥LLC谐振电路,作为直流充电桩DC-DC变换器的主电路,为车载电池充电。根据电路拓扑结构及理论分析,在Matlab/Simulink中搭建了DC-DC变换器的主电路仿真模型,通过分析输出的电压和电流波形可知,设计的变换器电路能够输出稳定且优质的电能。结果表明设计的半桥LLC谐振电路,可以大幅度降低直流充电桩DC-DC变换器的开关损耗,可减小充电桩体积,满足电动汽车充电桩在高频率应用场合下开关损耗小且充电效率高的要求,可在电动汽车变换器中推广应用。Aiming at the problems of long charging time,large volume of the charging pile,and large switching loss in the current charging pile,a soft-switching half-bridge LLC resonant circuit is proposed as the main circuit of the DC-DC converter of the DC charging pile to charge the vehicle battery..According to the circuit topology and theoretical analysis,the main circuit simulation model of the DC-DC converter is built in Matlab/Simulink.By analyzing the output voltage and current waveforms,it can be known that the designed converter circuit can output stable and high-quality electrical energy.The results show that the designed half-bridge LLC resonant circuit can greatly reduce the switching loss of the DC-DC converter of the DC charging pile,reduce the volume of the charging pile,and meet the low switching loss and charging efficiency of the electric vehicle charging pile in high-frequency applications.High requirements can be popularized and applied in electric vehicle converters.
