摘 要:研究了应用标准模式的ICP-MS法定量分析钢中镧的分析方法,利用DOE实验和响应优化器优化了ICP-MS仪器工作条件,采用纯化后的硝酸溶解样品,利用铟作为内标校正,实现了钢中痕量镧元素的定量分析,并对实验过程中可能会造成影响的各个环节进行了讨论。该方法检测下限为0.000054%,实验得到加标回收率为102%。In this paper,the analytical method of quantitative analysis of lanthanum in steel by ICP-MS were studied.The working conditions of ICP-MS instrument are optimized by DOE experiment and response optimizer.The sample is dissolved by purified nitric acid and corrected by using indium as internal standard.Quantitative analysis of trace elements in steel was carried out,and various links that may cause influences during the experiment were discussed.The detection limit of this method is 0.000054%,and the recovery of the experiment is 102%.
